What time does my trash need to be curbside on collection day?
We recommend you place your trash curbside the night before. It must be out by 5 am on your scheduled day.

Do you pick up bulk items and appliances?
We will collect bulk items and appliances, but you must contact our office one day prior to your pickup day. There is an extra charge for collection of these items. If the appliance contains freon, you must secure a licensed technician to remove the freon and tag the item before placing it for pickup.
Can your drivers come into my home to pick up big or bulky items?
What happens if I miss my pickup day?
Contact our office. If we have a truck in the area we can return and collect your trash for a special trip fee. Otherwise we can collect all trash on your regular day the following week at no extra charge.
Can I put my Sunburst bag in a can?
If I am on the Sunburst bag service, can I put out extra items with my bags?
No. Because our bag service is a prepaid service, you must contact our office ahead of time to prepay for any extra items.
How can I purchase the Sunburst bags?
What happens if animals get into my Sunburst bags?
Our drivers will clean up as much as they can, but if it continues to happen please contact our office for other options.
